The policy is addressed to users of the website www.dobplast.pl hereinafter referred to as the "Service"]. At the time of your use of the services (functionality) of the Service and during the use of cookies, you may provide personal data related thereto. The undersigned entity then becomes the administrator of your personal data.

II. Scope and source of collected data
1. The Administrator, through the use of cookies and similar technologies, collects data related to your activity in order to temporarily record user sessions on the site (for example, time spent on the site, number of pages viewed, date and source of visit).
2. If you have used the services (functionality) of the Website or contacted the Administrator through the Website, the data has been provided to the Administrator directly from you.
III. Purpose and legal basis of personal data processing
1. Your data may be processed for:
a) keeping statistics of the Website (for web traffic analysis),
b) temporarily save user sessions on the Site,
c) ensuring security on the Site,
d) use of the contact form, which you can read more about in point. IX of the privacy policy.
2. Your data is processed on the basis of:

IV. Requirement and voluntariness of providing data
1. You may prohibit the receipt of cookies, however, disabling or restricting the use of cookies may cause quite serious difficulties in the use of the Website, such as longer page loading times, limitations in the use of functionality.
2. To the extent that your data is processed on the basis of consent, this consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting the Administrator. Withdrawal of consent may make it difficult or impossible to contact you.
V. Rights under the GDPR with respect to the processed data
You have the right to request from the Administrator:

2. receive a copy of your data;
3. rectification or correction of your data - for example, if you notice that your data is incorrect or incomplete;

VI. Recipients of your personal data
Recipients of your personal data may be, in particular: entities providing IT services, including email and hosting, legal, archiving, as well as authorized public authorities and external services, including Google in terms of the Service's use of tools such as Google Analytics.
VII. Duration of data storage
Your personal data will be stored:
1. in terms of fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator, your data will be processed for the period of fulfillment of these legal obligations, and thereafter for the period resulting from generally applicable laws;
2. in terms of fulfilling the legitimate interests of the Administrator, the data will be processed for a period no longer than until a positive resolution of an objection to the processing of personal data;
3. to the extent that data are processed on the basis of your consent - until it is withdrawn;
4. data related to network traffic analysis collected through cookies and similar technologies may be stored until the cookie expires.
VIII. Transfer of data to a third country or international organization
Your data may be transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area. For statistical purposes, the Service uses Google's tools such as Google Analytics.
IX. Regulations regarding the contact form available on the Website
1. In terms of the contact form, the Service allows you to contact the Administrator and provide him with your identification, contact information, as well as related to the content of the message.
2. If you contacted the Administrator through the form, your data were provided to the Administrator directly from you. If your data were provided in connection with the handling of a case by the person who referred the case to the Administrator, the source of the data is that person.
3. Personal data will be processed in order to respond to an inquiry or product inquiry prior to the establishment of cooperation, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO, i.e. to conclude and perform a contract to which the data subject is a party, and to take action prior to the conclusion of the contract.
4. Provision of data in the form is voluntary, but necessary to process the application and possibly conclude a contract.
5. Recipients of personal data may be: entities providing IT, legal, archiving services, authorized public authorities.
6. The data shall be processed for the period necessary to provide an answer, submit an offer, conduct negotiations, conclude a contract and other activities aimed at or likely to result in cooperation/sale of goods in connection with the use of the form, and after that time the data shall be processed for the period required by law or for the period necessary to defend or assert claims.
7. If the contact form is used for a purpose other than sending an inquiry (inquiry about a product or service), the data will be processed in order to answer the questions asked, to conduct correspondence in order to settle the matter, on the basis of the administrator's legitimate interest in fulfilling the users' requests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

X. Functions of cookies and similar technologies
